COMPANY STATEMENT

OKW is in the process of compliance with the REACH directive.

We are committed to meeting our legal obligations under REACH

As so called 'downstream users', we are approaching all our suppliers of raw, operating and auxiliary
substances, that fall under the REACH directive, in a timely manner. This will ensure that REACH does not
have a negative impact on the supply of products from OKW Enclosures Ltd.

In the extremely unlikely case that REACH does affect our ability to supply a product, we can identify
users of that product, and inform them of suitable alternatives.

We have set up a database of suppliers and responses, which will enable us to follow up and fulfill REACH
requirements systematically and consistently.
