High performance IP 65 handheld enclosures

There are lots of great features which set OKW’s DATEC-COMPACT range apart from other handheld enclosures.

DATEC-COMPACT cases are our first to be fitted with integrated contacts as standard – and they’re specially designed to be operated with gloved hands. Now we’ve now added two new sizes – S (136 x 74 x 32 mm) and L (206 x 110 x 47 mm) – to the existing M (172 x 92 x 39 mm) models.

They’re not just waterproof – they’re also highly UV-resistant because they’re manufactured from ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0). So they’ll remain tough and resilient even when subjected to bright sunlight on a regular basis.

The video also shows the optional wall bracket and desk station which have been designed to allow easy charging and data transfer.

DATEC-COMPACT can be specified either with or without a battery compartment (AA or AAA) which can also accommodate USB connectors and SD cards. Other features include Torx T10 screws for added security.
