 OKW and METCASE will be showcasing their most technically advanced new electronic enclosures at the Engineering Design Show (Stand J56, October 18-19 2017, Ricoh Arena, Coventry).

BODY-CASE (IP 65/67) is a smart wearable enclosure that fits any standard 18 mm watchstrap. It is moulded from high gloss ASA that is UV stable and easy to keep clean.

Also moulded from high gloss ASA is new STYLE-CASE, a highly ergonomic handheld enclosure with optional sealing. It can also be specified in infrared-permeable PMMA for remote control applications.

OKW’s tough new EVOTEC designer tabletop enclosures are available in two plan sizes (200 x 124 mm and 250 x 155 mm). These soft-contoured cases are offered in three versions: flat top, sloping top and recessed sloping top.

OKW’s metal enclosures division METCASE will be exhibiting brand new TECHNOMET, a huge leap forward in the design of desktop and portable instrument enclosures. It is engineered to fine tolerances to replicate the high quality aesthetics and ergonomics usually found only in moulded plastic enclosures.

Also on show will be the latest additions to METCASE’s bestselling COMBIMET 19” rack case range. They include a new ‘superdeep’ version (24” deep) and a new standard size (5U).
